We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours without any charge.

How long does it take to find a relevant expert?
Typically a few hours to a day. If the topic is niche, it may take longer.

Can I drop the consultation call if I find the expert does not match my requirements?
Yes, you can drop a call within the first 10 minutes if you think the expert does not match your requirements and we will identify a relevant replacement.

Do you offer a full time job opportunity?
Most of our opportunities are short time consultations (1-hour engagement). Although a full-time job is not a primary offering, in a few cases, the opportunity will open out of successful consultations.

Can I give the consultation on the weekend or out of office hour as I’m very busy with my full-time job?
We offer a flexible schedule that works the best for you. We can work at the weekend or late at night to make sure we prioritize your prior commitments and availability.

I do not want my company know that I do a consultation, how can you protect the confidentiality?
We provide a compliance framework in place for engagements with our clients and experts. Our terms and agreement cover confidentiality. We do not provide your contact information to our client.
